Types of Pageants:

Open Pageants: You must be a resident, full-time employee, or full-time student at a college or university in Indiana.

Closed Pageants: You must be a resident of the specified county, full-time employee in the specified county, or full-time student in a college or university located in the specified county.



Are you the next Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen?

To compete in the Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant, a contestant must first win a local preliminary pageant. Some locals are open and some have specific geographic eligibility requirements, based on where you live or attend school.

To be eligible to compete, you must be a young lady between the ages of 13 (by the state pageant in June) and 17. (You cannot be 18 before July 31 in the year of the state pageant.) You must also be a resident of Indiana or attend school full-time in Indiana. And you must not be eligible to compete in the Miss America Competition.
